IPAudits

Our IP Audits thoroughly review and assess the specific requirements which are unique to your Company.

We also help Companies move forward with the identified IP actions after completion of the IP Audit.

Intellectual Property is a key part of a Company's valuation.

There are various types of Intellectual Property including:

Patents - protecting how an innovation functions; Designs - protecting the appearance of a product;

Trade marks - protecting the names and logos used to distinguish a Company or products;

Trade secrets - protecting confidential information; and

Copyright - protecting artistic works.

Each of these types of IP are considered during the IP Audit whilst also identifying new opportunities and potential risks. We also review IP terms within your IP-related Contracts and will discuss other aspects such as IP valuation and IP insurance.

We are here to provide independent IP Audits with no obligation to engage for any identified post-IP Audit actions. We are happy to provide IP Audits as a second set of eyes/second opinion in addition to the work carried out by your current IP firm.

Why?

Identify the IP that the Company owns:

An IP audit helps your Company to identify and enhance existing IP and to identify new innovations which could be protected by IP. The IP Audit may also identify potential problems with the current IP strategy and assess potential risks. The IP Audit can help develop a strategy for maximising IP. The Audit can determine if there are any issues in ownership of the Company IP and provide a strategy for correcting these.
